Aaron Jeffery

Aaron C. Jeffery is an award-winning New Zealand-Australian actor. He is well-known for his role in Water Rats as Terry Watson, Alex Ryan and Matt Fletcher who are both from McLeod's Daughters. Jeffery was born in Auckland and relocated to Australia when he was a teenager. He was a student at NIDA. He graduated from NIDA in 1993. He began his career in television with the children's series Ship to Shore. Jeffery is well-known for his part in McLeod's Daughters as Alex Ryan. He left the show in 2008. He was also part of the third season of New Zealand drama Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery played Frank in Underbelly: Badness. Filming was completed on June 22. The casting announcement for Neighbours' Bradley Fox was released three days later. It was revealed in October that Jeffery was assigned to be an Wentworth corrections officer. Bevan Lee's Between Two Worlds was also the role he played. It was announced in April 2021 that Jeffery will be appearing in the Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her. The show is based on the Karin Slaughter novel. Jeffery's performance on McLeod's Daughters brought him the Silver Logie in 2007 and 2004.
